EvolvEV
The ambition of EvolvEV is to reduce the gap between the knowledge of the university graduate with an engineering profile and the requirements of the industrial development sector by means of skills, knowhow and methods that ensure greater employability of new engineers’ and improve the skills of existing ones.
Targets
1) Develop the technical and entrepreneurial competencies of current and future professionals in the EV sector in the Balkan region.
2) Bring an effective impact on a growing industry in need of more than 10,000 workers in the near term in partner countries.
Outcomes
Training on EVs & Entrepreneurship
A common training/educational programme with different topics for EVs and entrepreneurship, with microcredentials developed in coordination with the industry stakeholders.
Access to Virtual Laboratories
Digital access to two virtual laboratories (one for advancing technical skills in HIL experimentation and another facilitating the development of entrepreneurial ideas).
Access to Living Lab Database
Digital access to SMART Living Lab and it extensive database.
Mentorship sessions, Workshops, Competitions
Entrepreneurship and innovation fostering through free mentorship sessions, workshops and competitions.
