The EvolvEV team has organized the 2nd workshop titled “Guidelines for Starting a Career in the Automotive Industry”. The workshop was intended for students, where various local industry representatives discussed what are technical and nontechnical skills necessary to successfully start a career in the EV industry. Besides informing the students of how they can prepare better for their careers in the EV industry, the material presented at the workshop will be integrated, together with the findings collected in the report also created by the EvolvEV team, into the course material that will be hosted on the EvolvEV learning platform. 

After the workshop, the students were asked to rate the workshop and the topics addressed. Considering the answers, the workshop was a big success and similar events will be planned in the near future.
