From October 13 to 17, 2025, the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad hosted a summer school titled “Battery storage systems in power engineering and electric vehicles.“
The program began with a series of three expert lectures designed to give participants both technical and practical foundations. The first lecture introduced modern battery storage technologies and their applications in power systems and electric mobility. The second, “Starting your own business – required technical and entrepreneurial skills,” focused on developing the competencies needed to transform technical ideas into viable business ventures. The final lecture, “Design of industrial products,” offered insight into the creative and engineering processes behind product development in industrial environments.
After completing the lectures, students worked on practical assignments that extended over several days. These tasks were developed in coordination with the professors who held the lectures, allowing participants to combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on problem-solving. Throughout the week, the students engaged in teamwork, consultations, and project-based learning, deepening their understanding of both technical concepts and real-world applications. A total of 17 students took part in the summer school, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
